Our Services

REACH Mobile Outreach Services Inc. provides mobile outreach and practical support to individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use, mental health challenges, poverty, and other barriers to care. We meet people where they are and help connect them with the services and resources they need.

We provide essential harm reduction supplies, sterile kits, and non-judgmental safety education directly to individuals, reducing risks and preventing overdoses in our community.

Our approach is built on trust and respect, ensuring everyone has access to the tools and knowledge they need to stay safe, without conditions or judgment.

Through partnerships and community donations, we help meet immediate needs while connecting people with additional supports and services.

Our team provides wellness checks, crisis support, harm reduction education, basic necessities, referrals, and connections to health and social services. Every interaction is guided by respect, dignity, and a commitment to reducing barriers to care.
