Our Beginnings

How REACH Began

REACH Mobile Outreach Services Inc. was founded in 2026 after recognizing a growing need for consistent, relationship-based outreach in Saskatoon. We saw that many individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use, mental health challenges, and poverty continued to face barriers accessing essential services. REACH was created to help bridge those gaps by meeting people where they are with compassion, dignity, and practical support.

Today, REACH works alongside healthcare providers, community organizations, emergency services, and other partners to connect people with food, water, hygiene supplies, harm reduction resources, wellness checks, advocacy, referrals, and ongoing support. Our goal is not to replace existing services, but to strengthen the network of care by helping people access the right support at the right time.
